This topic may be a little "messy" or considered TMI, but if you do not have the correct information, then how will you know whether to o do a cleanse or not. A friend of mine told me about how she lost five pounds in a little less than a week. Of course I asked her how. That's when I was hit with the idea of using a Colon Cleanse. At first, I was like... Nike, the leading brand in shoes and sneakers has finally released its shoe dedicated to skateboarders. How cool is that? With sneakers designed specifically for various other sports including gold ( um huh?), it's a no-brainer that this was due.  “In skate, your feet are your hands,” Carboy said in a statement. “The more feel you have for your board, the better positioned you are to pull off a trick. So Nike is saying that their shoes, created with Flyknit Technology can actually do more than that? What is up with all of the new "goals" for relationships? Have you saw them on Instagram and Facebook? Like is there no more wanting to date, marry, build a life together, be successful, and have children? And even it if is not the previously mentioned, don't you just want someone who is there for you, loyal, and respects whatever decisions you make, someone who believes in God at least? Why is this coming up as a topic? Because I am tired of seeing "relationship goals" that should be labeled "relationship fails." Well not all of them are bad. Nothing better than feeling clean and refreshed. But what is your preference in terms of washing? Do you prefer bar soaps or body washes? Because I like feeling COMPLETELY refreshed, clean, and soft, I use both. I start with the bar soap (which is usually Irish Spring or Coast), after I coat my entire body with the bar soap, I wash off then use a body wash because I don't like the streaky (yes I have problems) feeling left behind from the soap. The body wash offers a sense of moisture and softness after rinsing off. Let me tell you it is the best feeling in the world to smell like peaches, vanilla cream, strawberries, or whatever other fragrance the body wash you choose to use has in it. Have y'all witnessed Remy Ma's Transformation since coming home from Prison? Lord, have mercy on me because she is straight fire now. In case you are unfamiliar with who Remy Ma (formerly known as Remy Martin) is, she is a female rapper known for being part of (R.I.P) Big Pun's rap group "Terror Squad." Remy has had hits like "Whutever", the catchy song from 2006, and "Conceited" in that same year. My favorite song by Remy had to be "Feel So Good" featuring the hit-making singer/songwriter/producer, Neyo. If you remember, Remy Ma went to prison in 2008 for a shooting incident outside of a New York City nightclub. Before she began her time, Remy was a name most were getting familiar with. If you are not the normal girly-girl who always wears lipstick, but yet you are trying to learn the basics of wearing it, then Revlon's Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor is perfect for you. I do not whatsoever wear lip liners, lipstick, or lip colors, I stick to lip gloss. Now as I am getting older, I am trying to venture out into make-up and learn how to make my features "pop." Once again, in Target, I came across this lipcolor by Revlon and had to try it. Well, I thought it was lip gloss until I got home and applied it (see above image). I loved it. It was not sticky, it felt just like my natural bare lips. I wore it all day and even wear it to take a nap and NONE of it smeared, or came off onto my pillow.
