IS IT WORTH IT? THE THREE DAY MILITARY DIET

We are always looking for a quick way to lose weight. I'm not talking about the one to two pounds that are recommended as healthy weight loss from experts, I'm talking about weight loss of excess of five or more pounds a week. What if I told you there is a program that consists of ONLY three days? AND you could lose up to ten pounds during the course of the week. Well so many have claimed this "program" works, as I have yet to try it but seeing the results of youtubers and instagrammers, there is no denying that the Military Diet does indeed work.
