I REALLY DON'T HAVE A REGIMEN THAT I FOLLOW, BUT I DO HAVE STEPS THAT I DO WEEKLY, IF YOU GET MY DRIFT. SO I WILL SEPARATE STEPS FOR CERTAIN ROUTINES THAT I DO SO YOU WILL NOT GET CONFUSED.
HEAT REGIMEN
I USE HEAT EVERY OTHER WEEK ON MOST OCCASIONS. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS USE HEAT ON CLEAN HAIR.
- SHAMPOO
- DEEP CONDITION
- OIL RINSE (IS OPTIONAL, I DO THIS ONCE A MONTH)
- CONDITIONER (MOISTURE RICH)
- BLOT HAIR AFTER RINSING
- APPLY WRAP LOTION ( I PREFER LOTTABODY BUT OTHERS HAVE BEEN WORKING AS WELL)
- AIR DRY
- DETANGLE (ON DRY HAIR. IF YOU DETANGLE WHILE HAIR IS WET, IT TENDS TO BREAK OFF, WELL AT LEAST FOR ME IT DOES)
- PART HAIR INTO FOUR SECTIONS
- START WITH THE BACK.
- ON EACH SECTION APPLY HEAT PROTECTANT.
- THEN PROCEED TO FLAT IRON
- AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS, APPLY SOME OIL TO THE ENDS/STRANDS AND THEN WRAP HAIR FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. COMB DOWN AND HAIR SHOULD BE SILKY, SHINY, AND FULL OF BODY.'
