HEAT IS NOT ALWAYS THE CULPRIT

Who says you can't have healthy hair while using heat on a consistent basis? Okay, wait, let me rephrase that...Who says you can't have healthy hair while frequently using heat no more than once a week? There. That is better.

I never really had any trouble using heat often. Only time I really had trouble with heat use was during my relaxed days when I would perm, color, blow dry, and then flat iron a few times within the same week. Now that I look back and think about those times, I see that was my problem. That and not moisturizing my hair. I was doing all of this on dry, damaged hair AND WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF PROTECTANT. How crazy was I?

Well I was doing my usual browsing through youtube and came across a youtuber who uses heat 3-4xs a month with no damage. Her hair journey is inspiring.

Do you watch Black Ink NY? If so, did you notice how Sky's confidence level went to over "a hunnit" after she got the plastic surgery she has been dyin gto get. I mean she always had an outgoing personality, but now "it's all the way up." Congrats to Sky and that new body. BOW WOW CHALLENGE: FUNNIEST MEMES

Once again, rapper/actor Shad Moss (Bow Wow/ Lil Bow wow) was caught "insta-lying" again, which created a challenge called "#BowWowChallenge" by social media. It all started with Bow Wow posting a picture about him catching a flight to NYC. The picture he posted was of a private jet and a fancy car outside of it, pretty much indicating that he was about to hop on it. It all went down hill when a fan of his happened to be following Bow Wow's post on IG and saw he posted he was on a private jet (though he didn't state it directly). Once the coach passenger noticed Bow Wow was lying, he took a picture and uploaded to social media, which then prompted a mass influx of people searching the internet to find where Bow Wow had stolen the picture from. Ultimately, they found it and started calling Bow Wow out on his lies. Even rapper, 50 Cent took part in the challenge. LOL

GEORGE AND AMAL CLOONEY WELCOME TWINS INTO THE WORLD

George Clooney (56), and wife, Amal Clooney (39) are happy to welcome twins, Ella and Alexander Clooney. How cute is that. Being that this is Amal's first time as a mother, she has a boy and a girl at the same time. I can only imagine how cute the babies are. George and Amal have been married since 2014.
